Business hours

Monday – Saturday, 09:00 – 18:00. We are closed on Sundays; messages received over the weekend are responded to on Monday morning.

About your order

  • Production: Standard products are shipped within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation, custom products within 5-7 business days.
  • Delivery: With Yurtiçi Kargo, 2-5 business days. Your tracking number will be sent via email when shipped.
  • Order tracking: If you haven't received your tracking number, simply write to us with your order number.

Returns and exchanges

You can return or exchange within 14 days of delivery; the product must be unused and in its original packaging. Returns are not accepted for custom-made products. For details, please refer to our Refund Policy.

If the cargo is damaged

Check the outer packaging before receiving the package. If there is damage, ask the cargo officer for a Damage Assessment Report before signing the delivery slip and do not accept the package. Forward the report and photos to us; we will handle the resolution.

Custom design and wholesale

Write to us for a size not listed, a different color, or a completely custom design. We also evaluate corporate and wholesale requests at the same address.
