Packaging

Our products are carefully packaged to ensure they reach you safely. We package the product with 1 cm thick honeycomb panels, which are fully recyclable and cut to the size of the product, by tightly taping the necessary parts. We do all this to protect nature and deliver your order to you safely.
Inside the box, styrofoam and cardboard materials are used to protect against scratches and external factors. Thanks to robust packaging, your product is delivered safely.

Material

Alasart Atelier designs are produced from high-quality steel or STARWOOD branded 6 mm MDF, depending on the option you choose when placing your order. Depending on the option you choose, they are painted with electrostatic powder coating or health-friendly semi-matte acrylic paint. This special coating we use in metal product options protects the product against rust. However, if exposed to conditions such as heavy rain or snow outdoors for a long time, rust may occur over time. Therefore, our products are suitable for indoor use.

When will the order be shipped?
Your orders are carefully prepared and delivered to cargo within 3-5 business days. Deliveries within Turkey with Yurtiçi Kargo usually take 1-3 business days.

During campaign periods, production time may extend up to 5 business days due to high demand.

Personalized products, due to requiring a special production process, are prepared within 5-7 business days.

All your orders are delivered free of charge via our contracted cargo company with the assurance of Alasart Atelier.

• 
  We can ship orders placed at appropriate times on the same day, and you will definitely not pay for shipping!
• You will receive a tracking number when your order is ready.
• When available, we may send your order earlier than the estimated preparation time.
• Care should be taken not to come into direct contact with water.
• Shiny products can be wiped with a microfiber cloth if fingerprints are present.
  

If you are not at the address during delivery
If you are not at the delivery address, your order will be directed to the nearest Yurtiçi Kargo branch and a notification note will be left. You can pick up your order from the relevant branch within 3 days.

Damage to the cargo package or product
If you notice damage, missing items, or incorrect quantity in the package or product during delivery:

• Before signing the cargo delivery receipt, have the cargo officer prepare a Damage Assessment Report.
  
• Return the product/box to us by handing it over to the cargo officer along with the report and invoice.

We are confident that you will love the products you purchase from Alasart Atelier. However, sometimes opinions can change, and we want to be there for you during that process.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, you can return it within 14 days from the date you received your order. Our experienced team is just an email or phone call away at every step of the return process.

Return Process

• You can send your return via Yurtiçi Kargo as freight collect. (Shipping fees for deliveries made with other cargo companies are not covered by us.)
• Please pack the product in its original packaging, complete and in resalable condition. (Products without original packaging cannot be returned.)
• After handing the product over to the cargo company, please share your tracking number with us.

Important Considerations

• Please pack the product carefully to prevent damage during shipping.
• Alasart Atelier is not responsible for any damage or loss that may occur during the return process.

Return Approval and Refund

• Once the product reaches us, it will be inspected.
• For products that meet the return criteria, refunds will be processed within 1-3 business days.
• For products that do not meet the return criteria, the return process cannot be completed.
