Create Written Teamwork Wooden Office Wall Decor

A typographic design that tells how an idea turns into work in a single line. The word "Create" in bold block letters stands on a thin ground line, and four small figures embedded between the letters seemingly build the word together: the first one sits cross-legged in the empty space of the letter C, working on their laptop; the second one carries the letter R on their shoulder, pushing it into place; the third one holds an open project drawing with both hands; and the fourth one climbs a ladder to install the lightbulb above the letter E. The glass dome of the lightbulb forms the highest point of the composition, adding a nice asymmetry to the horizontal array. The word itself conveys the scene by showing it, without forming a motivational phrase.

It is laser-cut from 6 mm thick premium wood. Delicate details such as the arms of the figures, the rungs of the ladder, and the thin filament curves of the lightbulb cast their own shadows on the wall at this thickness; with side office lighting, the design reads more like a relief than a flat sign. Each piece is individually cut in our Eskişehir workshop, letter interiors and figure details are hand-finished, and after the matte black surface is checked, it is packaged.

Available in four size options: 30 x 16 cm, 50 x 26 cm, 70 x 36 cm, and 100 x 52 cm. The small size makes a stylish detail on a shelf above a small desk or inside a bookcase; sizes 70 x 36 cm and larger are sufficient on their own for an office entrance, meeting room, or on a large wall behind the desk in a home office. It is clearly legible on concrete, brick, and dark-painted walls; suitable for creative workspaces such as agencies, architectural offices, and studios, as well as for those looking for team gifts.
