Psychedelic Melting Lip and Tongue Wooden Wall Decor

An assertive and youthful design that brings the poster aesthetic of the seventies to your wall. The upper lip is drawn with a single fluid contour, teeth appear as small rectangular voids within the open mouth, and the tongue emerging from between them begins to melt downwards. The melting progresses with intertwined wavy strips, each strip narrowing as it follows the previous one and transforming into a long, thin drop at the very bottom. This elongated movement in the lower section gives the composition a downward flowing rhythm on the wall. It creates an immediate focal point above record players, behind a desk, or at the head of a bed.

It is produced by laser cutting from 6 mm thick premium wood. The intertwined wavy strips and the thin bridges connecting them can only be cut with precise laser cutting; thanks to this thickness, each strip casts its own shadow on the wall and the design changes depth according to the direction of the light. Each piece is individually cut in our Eskişehir workshop, the gaps between the strips are hand-finished, and after its matte black surface is checked, it is packaged.

Available in four size options: 21 x 30 cm, 35 x 50 cm, 49 x 70 cm, and 70 x 100 cm. The small size looks good on a shelf or on a gallery wall with other pieces; sizes 49 x 70 cm and above can carry a wall on their own in a youth room, music corner, or living room. It looks striking in saturated colors such as terracotta, petrol blue, and lilac, and graphic and calm on cream and light gray walls.
