Round Striped Mountain and Sun Wooden Wall Decor

Two mountain peaks framed within a perfect circle, with a sun positioned exactly in their center. The peaks are formed by intertwining lines that descend from their tips to their base; the sky above is rendered with continuous horizontal stripes. The sun appears as a small circular void where the two peaks intersect, meaning the color of your wall shows directly through the center of the design. From a distance, it's a calm and balanced circle; up close, it's a landscape of lines that can be read individually.

It is laser-cut from premium 6 mm thick wood. This thickness is sufficient for the fine, parallel lines to cast their own shadows on the wall; as the direction of light changes throughout the day, the mountain slopes darken and lighten, making the design function more like a relief than a flat picture. The ability for lines that progressively shorten along the outer edge of the circle to maintain the same thickness is only possible with this level of cutting precision. Each piece is individually cut, hand-finished, and packaged in our Eskişehir workshop after its matte black surface is inspected.

Available in four size options: 30 x 30 cm, 45 x 45 cm, 60 x 60 cm, and 70 x 70 cm. A small size stands balanced on its own above a console, bookshelf, or desk; sizes 60 x 60 cm and larger become the focal point of a room on large surfaces like behind a sofa, above a headboard, or on an entryway wall. Its round form is an especially good choice for softening a wall full of angular furniture and rectangular frames; it harmonizes with cream plaster, dark green wainscoting, and natural wood tones alike.
